Necessary ingredients for two portions:
- 100 grams of white organic Quinoa
- 200 grams of cheese feta
- On a half of yellow and red sweet paprika
- Half of a lemon
- 50 ml of sunflower or olive oil
- Two fresh a cucumbers
- 200 grams of fresh cabbage
- Parsley and fennel
- Salt and pepper
Cooking method:
- Wash out Quinoa in cold water;
- Cook Quinoa within 20 minutes until done, merge the remains of water;
- Cut paprika on slices;
- Fry paprika within 10 minutes, having added oil and lemon juice;
- Cut cabbage and cucumbers on small slices;
- Chop parsley and fennel;
- Cut feta in big cubes;
- Add cooked Quinoa to a frying pan to paprika and fry within 5 minutes;
Mix cabbage, cucumbers, mix of Quinoa and paprika, having added oil, salt and pepper. Lay out feta on edge of a plate and decorate with parsley and fennel.
Serve with nachos chips or a corn flat cake.
