One portion of this cocktail can provide 50% of daily value of folate (B9 vitamin), phosphorus and magnesium! 

Necessary ingredients for one portion:

Cooking method:

  1. Cook white Quinoa in a small amount of water within 30 minutes;
  2. Merge boiled Quinoa and allow to cool down;
  3. Mix all ingredients and shake up in the blender;
  4. After beating in the blender cocktail has to have a proteinaceous skin;

Serve cocktail in a glass like "toggle-switch".
