Necessary ingredients:
- 150 grams of quinoa flakes "Fitnessier"
- 1 tsps of vanilla extract
- 100 grams the butter (cold and cut in cubes)

- 0.5 glasses of a tkhina (sesame paste)
- Raisin
Cooking method:
- Warm an oven to 150 C. Lay a baking sheet paper.

- Add vanilla and a tkhina, raisin. Knead dough.
- Create cookies and to lay out on a baking sheet
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown
