Necessary ingredients:
- glass of white Quinoa flour
- 500 grams of kefir
- 2 eggs
- salt, baking soda
- vegetable oil
Cooking method:
- Pour out kefir in deep capacity for mixing;
- Break eggs in capacity with kefir and mix everything;
- Further add Quinoa flour for receiving the necessary consistence;
- For convenience of mixing it is possible to use the mixer;
- Add 1/3 teaspoons of baking soda and salt to taste
- On the warmed frying pan to pour out a little of vegetable oil and to wait for uniform spreading;
- Pour out mix on the warmed frying pan and overturn in process of cooking.
Serve with fresh fruits, honey and sour cream.
