Necessary ingredients:

  • 250 grams of Quinoa
  • 350 grams of condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 150 grams of grated cheese Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoons of a grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoons of a thyme
  • 250 ml of cream
  • Salt and pepper (sugar in dessert edition)

Cooking method:

  1. Cook Quinoa in water within 20 minutes until done;
  2. To prepare white sauce: fry flour in butter before emergence of bubbles then to add milk, salt, pepper and a thyme;
  3. Shake up egg yolks, having mixed them with hot sauce, add cream and cheese;
  4. When mix cools down, add egg whites and shake;
  5. Put the turned-out mix in the molds for pastries oiled and strewed with flour;
  6. Sprinkle the remains of grated cheese;
  7. Bake in an oven at a temperature of 180C within 25-30 minutes;

To give in molds for roasting, having powdered with a nutmeg.
