Necessary ingredients:

  •    glass of white Quinoa flour
  •    500 grams of kefir
  •    2 eggs
  •    salt, baking soda
  •    vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1.    Pour out kefir in deep capacity for mixing;
  2.    Break eggs in capacity with kefir and mix everything;
  3.    Further add Quinoa flour for receiving the necessary consistence;
  4.    For convenience of mixing it is possible to use the mixer;
  5.    Add 1/3 teaspoons of baking soda and salt to taste
  6.    On the warmed frying pan to pour out a little of vegetable oil and to wait for uniform spreading;
  7.    Pour out mix on the warmed frying pan and overturn in process of cooking.
